Baby goat yoga day coming on May 3rd at 10:00am
21 new baby goats were just born! Enter a storybook world with Fairytale Goat & Alpaca Yoga, where our specially trained goats and alpacas come dressed in whimsical fairytale costumes! We’ll even have a funny donkey wondering around to hug!
During this playful yoga class, suitable for all levels, our magical animals will interact with you, bringing extra joy and charm to your practice.
Set in a beautiful outdoor space, this class lets you stretch, laugh, and enjoy the enchanting company of goats and alpacas!

We have a very special person within our group of friends/patients that got very excited when I mentioned a possible event day that included baby goat yoga. Yes, you read that right...baby goats...and yoga. I doubt I personally would do any yoga, I would be too busy playing with the baby goats. I specifically told her I would not mention her by name, but she knows who she is, and this one is for her! With that being said, and as a personal thank you from Unity to her, I have reached out to work out a partnership with a goat yoga farm in Gilbert.

We had so much fun with those of you that attending our last event day at Alta Climbing! And it definitely seemed like those that attended left with a full cup!
One thing that became apparent was the need for a FAQ on getting in, getting checked in, and getting setup during these events. Anonymity is the key for us, as our friends (patients) groups privacy is important to us and likely for you them as well! I am posting a small FQA at the bottom of the COMING SOON page, but as always, reach out with any questions or concerns!
Also, I have removed the page for signing up as I felt like it may have been an extra step that some would rather not have to deal with. We know who are friends are, and are all invited to these events for no cost...guests are on you though!

At Unity, we understand that conversation can heal as much as build a relationship. As part of our commitment to break down bridges between those that need help, and we that offer it, we are now scheduling 15 minute appointments, at no charge, to either meet Erin before scheduling, or just simply venting! Please keep in mind, this time will be for talking, and we will not be able to prescribe meds during this session, but can easily schedule an appointment for that reason!
