About Unity Mental Health and Wellness

At Unity, our mission has always been about more than helping our patients heal their mind, we hope to heal body and soul as well. Our name isn't Simply Unity Mental Health...it is Unity MH AND Wellness. 

Our commitment to your overall mind and spirit wellness begins with you making a decision to get out and make memories, while having fun, getting fit, and finding balance in your body.

We are just about ready to launch our wellness program that, for our patients, will be at no cost to you. Just create an account to access the events tab on our website, and watch our events page! We hope to have minimum of 1 event per month, with the goal being at least two or more. Again, this is of no charge for our patients. 

We are going to begin with a day at Alta Climbing and Fitness in Gilbert, AZ. We will set up a two hour period for you to come, get checked in, meet Erin and Michael, and then spend as much time as you would like at the facility. We will cover the cost of admittance and rental gear. Of course, feel free to bring friends with you, at their cost, to spend quality time climbing and boosting self esteem through positive reinforcement and praise..
